How do I connect my trading account?

We keep it simple- head into your account settings, add your MT login ID and password, find your broker, select your server and that's it.

Can I connect my prop firm account?

Yes, as long as it is traded with the MT4 or MT5 platform. We do no support CTrader or any proprietary trading platforms at this time. Connect as many as you'd like.

Do I need to manually input my trade data?

Nope! That's the best thing about Swift. No more manual data input. The biggest pain point in trade journaling is just the sheer amount of time required to accurately track a traders data. We take care of that for you so you can focus on what matters most - your edge.

What brokers does Swift Journal support?

Swift supports over 1000 brokers. If you broker or prop firm offers MT4 or MT5 accounts- we can support them- all of them. Want to double check? Email us here.

Is my data secure?

Swift Journal takes data privacy very seriously. Any stored user data is encrypted and secure. If a user unsubscribes or deletes and account the data is deleted from Swift servers. Please read our Privacy Policy here.

Can I archive my accounts?

Yes, we understand that prop accounts often cycle in and out. Simply archive the account to save your metrics and notes and connect a new live account. Archive as many accounts as you need- at no additional cost.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, simply go into your account settings, after you've signed up, and click "Update Plan"- you can change the plan type as well as the duration (monthly to yearly).

Do you offer a trade copier?

Yes, every plan comes with a free trade copier. Our speeds are some of the fastest on the market at sub 50ms execution times. We do not require EA's as everything is cloud based. Each plan comes with the equivalent amount of copiers. If you need more than 20, contact us here.

Does Swift Journal trade for me?

No, Swift Journal is a data collection tool to help you progress as a trader. We do not execute trades on your behalf. We are not a brokerage. You execute trades on your account and we simply visualize the data.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

You may cancel at anytime through your account settings. Swift Journal does not offer refunds. Please read our Terms and Conditions here.
